This massage is designed as a seated massage, for those who provide support and care to those in hospital or care settings.

It was designed to enrich the well-being of patients overcoming life obstacles, whether this is illness, disease, life-changing events or simply for those in the later stages of their lives.
This course has developed and formalised seated massage into an actual therapy.

The course includes the massage of the neck, shoulders and face and used the modern knowledge of shiatsu and acupressure to relax tense areas, rebalance the energy and clear any areas of concentrated negativity.

Massage is a traditional upper body treatment which relieves tension, headaches and stress with the massage of the face, neck, scalp and shoulders. The massage is carried out whilst seated upright and the client can remain fully clothed, enabling clients to benefit from this massage at any point in the day.

This is an EliteMark CPD accredited course and has been accredited with the CPD Certification Service. It is recognised for CPD points.
