How Does the Care Certificate Work?
The Care Certificate consists of two parts:
1. Knowledge Training
This is the part we provide.
Our experienced trainers deliver engaging classroom, online or workplace-based training that covers all 15 Care Certificate Standards through practical activities, demonstrations and interactive learning.

2. Workplace Competency Assessment
After completing the training, your employer or workplace assessor will observe and assess you carrying out your role to confirm that you can apply your learning in practice.
On successful completion of our course, you will receive a CPD-accredited certificate confirming you have completed the knowledge element of the Care Certificate. You can then complete the practical competency assessment with your employer.​
