SO HOW DOES THE CARE CERTIFICATE WORK?

There's two parts to the Care Certificate:-

  • Training

  • Demonstrating competence at work

We are here to assist you with the training aspect - our classroom training course can either be conducted by our tutors at your workplace or you can opt to attend an attendance course online or in person with us.

Our 'Care Certificate Training Classroom Course' equips care workers, healthcare assistants, and social care workers with the necessary knowledge to progress towards achieving the Care Certificate.

Following the training, your employer will require evidence that you can apply the acquired knowledge in your job role.

You will receive a certificate on successful completion of the course, confirming the training you've undergone. You can go on from there with your employer to complete the practical competence at work element.

WHY CHOOSE WORLD FOR YOU CARE?

  • The Care Certificate Training Course is mapped to the Cavendish Care Certificate Standards

  • This intensive training course day includes practical interaction and demonstrations. All units are completed the same day

  • Our new Care Certificate workbook allows all delegates to record knowledge gained.. This book can then be taken with them into the workplace for employers to sign off once this knowledge has been demonstrated

  • All our Care Certificate trainers are fully qualified personnel

  • The Care Certificate ensures that all healthcare and social care professionals possess a standardised foundation of introductory skills and knowledge. This equips them to deliver exemplary and compassionate care and support while understanding their roles within their specific workplace environments.

  • This course furnishes you with the essential knowledge component required to fulfill the Care Certificate requirements. You will look into the theoretical aspects and essential skills necessary for demonstrating proficiency during the Care Certificate assessments. Additionally, you'll gain insights into delivering high-quality, person-centered care. It's important to note that while this course covers the knowledge aspect, obtaining the Care Certificate necessitates undergoing a practical assessment in your workplace environment, facilitated by an appropriate assessor.

Courses can also be held at your venue for only £999 per training course for 20 delegates (£50 per person) (subject to travel cost)
